Tuesday



Still watching Hajime no Ippo. :)

First day of Physics yesterday was nostalgic, since I've already taken Physics with the same teacher, but dropped it halfway through. Ordinary first day.

I bought some bananas, tomatoes, green peppers, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries last night. Had some of each this morning. I must say, raspberries are my new favorite fruit. :3 I've had them before but I guess I forgot how good they are. Yummy.

Also bought a few more pairs of comfy athletic shorts last night.

It's a dark and dreary day, raining heavily outside. Sucks because I have to drive to Clearwater in a little bit for my Weight Training class. Ah well.

My shins have been hurting again, so I haven't really been doing anything except laying down and watching Hajime no Ippo. A few more days and I should be finished with the series. :)

Weekend is Over



I had a pretty good weekend, I guess. Most of it consisted of sleeping though, lol.

And Hajime no Ippo!

Yup, I decided to watch an anime since I haven't in weeks. And what did I pick? An awesome classic I've never had the chance to check out before: Hajime no Ippo. It's a boxing anime, and it's really good. I started it yesterday, and watched it all day today. Though, "all day" is a little exaggerated since I slept from like midnight to 1 PM then took a 3 hour nap from 3-6 PM, lol. Ah well.

Yesterday I went to my sister's for a little family dinner thing. I just took some of my rice and chicken over though and had half of a deviled egg. It was fun though. Got my butt kicked by Munchie in a couple minutes via football on the PS3.

But yeah, this weekend pretty much all I did was eat, sleep, and watch Hajime no Ippo. :) Sadly, I'm only on episode 35 so far, but I'll continue watching it and hopefully finish it up in the next few days. I've been looking up boxing conditioning, diets, and stuff too. Whenever I'm watching a sports anime, I always get motivated and into the sport. :x

I'm going to watch Saw 5 now and then go to bed. Gotta make sure I go to class in the morning --- first day back to class. All I have tomorrow is Physics for like an hour and 15 minutes, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Teeth Falling Out, Basketball, and New Shoes, Oh My!



One of the most recurring dreams I've ever had, that I can remember is my teeth falling out. Literally, over the last year or so, pretty much the only dreams I remember involve my teeth falling out, one by one as I eat something or gently touch them, or something. A very strange dream, I thought. So I thought I'd look up a dream meaning thing for it, if there was one.

"By far, the most popular request for dream interpretation are dreams of teeth falling out. And, if you are here, you might already have found out that, although dreams that your teeth are falling out are extremely common, thaey are also quite disturbing to people who have them... they simply MUST know the dream meanings for their teeth falling out."

Interesting. I didn't look at a ton of the different possible meanings or different websites or anything because I'm not big on dream analysis or superstitious things, but the first and only site I looked at, said this about teeth falling out in dreams:

"A dream about one's teeth falling out usually means and symbolizes that the dreamer is having a hard time or a challenge getting their voice heard, their ideas acknowledged or feelings responded to.

This may be conversations with a particular person such as their partner, boss, or friend; or can be generalized for people who are shy, to include almost everyone they come in contact with. The dreamer needs to brush up on conversational skills, believe in the value of their own opinion, learn how to be less intimidated by aggressive people, and become more assertive and make their voice heard. Once they do that, this dream (which is a common recurring dream) should evolve & show improvement... or disappear altogether.

That's very interesting, and since I don't really believe in things like this I'll chalk it up to coincidence that this totally describes me. >.> Whether coincidence or not, I thought this was interesting. Another recurring dream I used to have all the time when I was a bit younger (ages 7 to 17 or so) was me falling from a very very tall building, and then I would wake up midair or just as I would hit the ground. This dream I thought was common for sure, which it is.

There was one more recurring dream I've had and pretty recently too, I think, but I can't remember it all of a sudden. T_T Oh well, if I ever remember it, I'll blog about it. :)

Just wanted to post this before I forget about these dreams too, lol.


Oh, and about my day today. Me and Munchie went to the rec center and played basketball inside for like 3 hours. I wish I'd brought more water. >.< It was pretty fun. Oh, right when we got there I asked to use their pump for my basketball. I've done this a million times, and they always give me the pump and I do it myself. This time it was a woman for the first time and she tried to do it herself. PLUNK. She jammed it into the basketball, puncturing it and ruining my best basketball. /cry Luckily I have another one, but it's really old and worn out and flat. Hopefully when I go tomorrow I can get it pumped up BY MYSELF. -_- Uh let's seeeee... Oh kay. After we played basketball I took Munchie and Shawn home and then went up to Sports Authority. I had a 10$ off coupon, but you had to spend at least 50$. So after walking up and down the shoe isles countless times, and staring hard at shoes and inspecting them and looking at prices and trying them on, I finally found an affordable pair I liked. One of the only 39.99$ shoes there! Sadly, that's only like 43$ with tax. Not quite 50. So, I bought a 49.99$ pair of shoes too. :x The 39.99$ ones are running / tennis shoes though, while the 49.99$ I can use pretty much solely for basketball (though I think they will be good for tennis too, we'll see). The 49.99$ shoes are pretty much all white Nikes, a very unusual purchase for me. I usually always buy Nikes, but I've never bought a pretty much totally white shoe. I like black. White gets dirty and stuff, and I'm lazy. >.> Oh well, I liked em so I got em.

Now there's just 2 more things I want, but I might have to wait a month: a new pair of shorts and new rollerblades. My current rollerblades are too small, and the front wheel is almost eroded down to nothing. Seriously, it's really bad, lol. And that could pose a problem since I'm rollerblading every night now.


Basketball, shoes... there was something else... Oh, just got done cleaning my room. Now I need to make my bed with "new" sheets and stuff, and then lay comfortably into bed while watching something via Netflix. Yay~

Shopping, shopping, shopping... and more shopping!



Yes, this is what happens when I agree to go shopping with my sister! We were gone for like 8 hours!! lol. Man my feet are sore. My sister (Tiffany), her boyfriend (Shawn), her boyfriend's mother, her boyfriend's little brother (Anthony AKA Munchie), and I
went shopping for many hours today. My goals: 1) take back the shoes I just bought that didn't fit me, and 2) find and buy a new pair of shoes I liked. Well, I took the shoes back, but through all the stores we went through I didn't see a pair of shoes in my price range that I liked. :( I'll probably just run back up to Sports Authority this weekend and get a 40$ pair, if I have enough. I bought a few shirts and a pair of shorts today. I need to reallocate my funds and see if I can still buy a pair of shoes (I probably can't, lol).

Sadly, I have a confession... I broke my diet. I had sour Starburst jelly beans last night... I really wanted something sour and I just gave in and started eating them. Then today we went and ate at Five Guys, a hamburger restaurant. It was the first time I'd had beef in ~2 months. I finished it in about 10 seconds. >.> It was good. It has tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms on it.

Which means... MORE CARDIO!! I haven't been slacking per se, but I need to pick it up a notch or 2 and start doing more per day.

For now though, I'm going to watch my animes from this last week right now, and then head to bed. Maybe I can be asleep by midnight (in my dreams... oh hey, a pun, get it? hahahhaaa........ :| )

PayPal... Yuck.



I really don't like PayPal. -_- I can't add a debit/credit card to my account until I confirm my address and phone number, but they aren't the right ones. I can't change my address or phone number without confirming the current incorrect ones are correct... Wtf?! I hate you PayPal. So I'm like... Oh yeah? Well I'll just cancel my account and re-make it! Ha, out-smarted you little PayPal bitches! So, you wish to close your account? Please verify your banking account first by entering your Full Account Number... My First Merit banking account from years ago... THAT NO LONGER EXISTS... Thank you PayPal, I can't even cancel my damned account. -_-


But whatever, I called PayPal and was able to get this stupid 3-month recurring payment canceled at least. Just in time too. The charge was going to overdraft me tomorrow.


Watching Saw IV then going to bed. 'Nightttt.


Also, I am halfway done with this 2000 question survey thing, mwuahahaha.



Woot, got my bike returned!



Well, I got my sister to come with me to Walmart to return my bike (since I didn't have the receipt) and she's the assertive one. Thank God I posted on my Facebook when I got the bike, or we might not have been able to return it at all. I got cash back for it. :) I'm now 94$ richer. Should be able to survive the next month with it, thankfully. I watched a few movies today, but I can't remember which ones since I'm not at home right now. Spending the night at my sister's. Anyway, I'm going to bed now. I might run up to Sports Authority or something tomorrow to look at shoes. ^_^ Maybe I'll actually be able to shoot some hoops or jog a little without wanting to stab my shins. Whelp that's all, just checking in for the night, since I did say I wanted to post nightly.

Sleep... where are you!? My emo post.



So for the last couple weeks now, I've been having a bit of a hard time falling asleep. I go to bed at around midnight, and then like last night, I end up not being able to fall asleep until after 2. I'm laying in bed with my eyes closed, but I can't fall asleep, probably from all the random things running through my head. Then I finally fall asleep, around 2:20 I believe, and yay I suddenly wake up at 5:45. And of course, I have to take my mom to work every morning at 7:45, so no chance of getting back to sleep for some more shut-eye. I've tried going to bed at around 10 or 10:30 as well, but then I fall asleep around 1 and wake up around 4:15-4:30. If I go to bed after 3-4 AM, I usually don't have much of a problem falling asleep, but of course that doesn't leave much time for sleeping, either. :(

One of the things running through my head last night was time, and death. A common topic I think of when I'm alone with my thoughts, always leaving me feeling "emo", scared, and alone. I realized I'm "only" 21... but wait, doesn't that mean roughly 1/3rd of my life is already gone? Probably more in my case. What happens after that... All I see is nothingness. I'm not a religious person at all, I don't particularly believe in God, but now will I defend that he doesn't exist. To be honest, when I think of death, I just see darkness and unknown and it really scares me. But of course, this is nothing new. Death is a scary thing for most people, I think. Honestly though, I think I'm most scared that I'm going to die alone without ever having found someone to love and be loved by.

Another scary thing I suddenly realized... I know I've always had a bad memory of my childhood (age 1-7) which I thought was caused by trauma from my childhood (our house was broken into by a swat team and my mom arrested for drug dealing (I don't even know if that was the charge or whatever really)) and I've always had a terrible time with names... like terrible. Like, my best friend Andrew... I would sometimes call him Josh, my cousin's name. And sometimes I would call Josh, Andrew... Now who does that?? I would realize as soon as I did it, usually, but still. Anyway, I was thinking and I realized even my more recent memories have become faded or erased... I was on a baseball team for 2-3 years. Ah, I just remembered the name. Andy's Bike Shop. But to be honest, I don't remember anything about it, and I can't remember any of the people I played with, except a couple. Andy Marshal, Austin Maruna. I can't remember anyone else... and I don't remember any of the games or even playing. I only remember my position (3rd base) because I caught a line-drive to 3rd and got a double play once. Ask me anything from my childhood ages 7-18 now though... to be honest, I can't really remember much at all. In a few years, it's likely I will forget the names of people I knew in high school as well, and I've gone to college for 2 years and I still don't know a single person. All I see is loneliness in my future. Could this be a precursor to Alzheimer's or something? Even if not, this in itself seems very sad to me, because without memories, what is life?


Okay, emo post is done now. Time to watch assassin movies and comedy movies to cheer me up.

Movies movies movies.



So, I watched several movies over the last couple days (and intend to watch severalll more over the next few days).

Let's see. Some I have watched: American Pie Presents: Beta House, American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile, My Best Friend, Mongol, Hometown Legend, The Warlords, The Twilight Samurai. I'm watching Robinson Crusoe now and then I'm going to bed. Out of those movies, I'd say I liked Mongol best, followed by The Warlords but I've always liked epic "quest" type movies like that. :3 I went through last night and added 47 movies to my instant queue, so I should be busy the next few days.

OOOOH, and my computer screen is no longer working...? It's all pixelly and crap, like the white pixels aren't working... idk, lol. :'( I changed all the white to black and then made everything else yellow, so my screen is like all black and yellow now, it's pretty ugly, but at least I can read text. =/

Oh, and my mom lent me a couple dollars today for some whole grain brown rice and water. Yay, lunch and dinner for the next 3 weeks.

I finally did it.



Well, first I have to come clean. I've been playing World of Warcraft on a private server the last few days. So my days have been pretty much eat, sleep, World of Warcraft like the "good" ol days. >.> But, I finally did it! I deleted / uninstalled World of Warcraft this morning. First time I've ever done that since I started playing 5 years ago. So that's done.

But now all I'll be doing this week is eat, sleep, and watch movies, lol. Not much better really, imo. But at least I don't get lost in movies and forget to eat, brush my teeth, etc. like I do when playing World of Warcraft. :(


Today I watched a few movies: Cashback, White Men Can't Jump, and Kill Me Later. And I started Amelie (which oddly enough is a French movie, with the same main character as a movie I just watched a couple days ago: Priceless with Audrey Tautou. Amelie is a particularly strange movie so far (only watched about half so far, I'll finish it tomorrow) and I just wasn't in the mood to finish it today. In fact, all of the movies above were pretty good, but they just aren't exactly what I'm in the mood for right now. I'm going to watch Point of No Return now and then go to bed. 'Night.

Went to the gym, but now I'm sooooooore.



Dear Journal,

Uh yeah, it's been like 4 days since I last posted... this daily journal thing is turning into like weekly, lol. I'll try to update it everyday now, I just keep forgetting / getting distracted.

So, since last post... Let's see.

I downloaded Inception, since I heard it's pretty awesome, from everyone. And I started to watch it, but it was just too dark and I didn't want to watch a good movie in crappy quality so I deleted it.

Then I checked my Facebook and had over 200 new notifications. I was like what the hell!? Apparently 3 of my friends (Chris Noe, James Jackson, Chad Harbin) had a "fight" via one of my status updates at like 3-4 AM. It was pretty epic and entertaining. I enjoyed it. :3 Here you can see a couple of the comments (as I said, there were more than 200):





Sadly, it took me over an hour to read all of their fighting back and forth. BUT I hate breakfast / lunch while I did (I didn't wake up till noon).

After that, I found out one of the animes I like released a new OVA, xxxHolic Rou OVA. So I watched that. Very interesting. It takes place around 10 years from where the anime left off. I'm looking forward to the next episode.

Then I headed to my Netflix and watched Gladiator (fighting / boxing movie). It was pretty good, I gave it a 3 out of 5.

Still in the movie watching mood, but something a bit lighter, I watched Priceless and it was pretty much what I was in the mood for. It was a French movie so it was subtitled, but that doesn't bother me. I ended up giving it a 4 out of 5. Then I went to bed. Pretty short day, huh.

Next day I woke up and weighed myself. I was happy, because somehow overnight I lost 2 pounds. I was a little worried that maybe I'd hit a "plateau" since I'd weighed exactly 176 for the couple days. But nope, I was now 174 ^^. Again I woke up pretty late today (around 1 PM). So I got dressed and all that morning stuff, and then I went out and mowed the front and back lawn. While I was finishing up, it started raining. Good timing. :)

I had a nice sweat going so I went and played some basketball / tennis for about an hour. I love playing basketball in the rain. Feels good.

Then I went for a quick rollerblading voyage of about 15-20 minutes.

When I got home and dried off, showered, and changed, sadly I sat down at my computer and started watching some World of Warcraft PvP videos (which I know I shouldn't do, because it makes me want to play) and sure enough, I wanted to play again. >.< But I resisted the urge and watched Bicentennial Man instead. I thought for sure I'd seen it before, but nope I never have. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Bed time.

It's a little hazy what I did for the last 2 days, because I started playing World of Warcraft on a private server, so it's free. But that's pretty much all I've done, so I am done playing again. Can't afford to get addicted again. But, I did get to go to the gym Monday night with my sister and her boyfriend for a couple of hours. It was a pretty good workout, and now my body really hurts, still. Next day I went to the gym again and did 46 minutes of walking / jogging on one of the treadmills. After a while though, my shoes started digging into my heals tearing the skin, so I'm going to have to start wearing tall socks instead of short.

My sister will be picking me up in a few minutes, because I guess she bought a ton of furniture and needs help moving it all... Joy. I hope I can help and don't get injured... I can barely move my arms right now, my body is still so sore. Going to go again tonight, hopefully. Not sure if I'll be able to after moving furniture tonight, and my body is really sore right now.

I'll be following this plan for tonight if I go:

Main exercises:
1. Barbell back squats – 2 x 12-14
2. Overhead dumbbell presses – 2 x 12-14
3. Barbell standard deadlifts – 2 x 12-14
4. One arm dumbbell rows – 2 x 12-14 with each arm
5. Dumbbell step-ups – 2 x 12-14 with each leg
6. Dumbbell bench press – 1 x 12-14
7. One-arm swings – 1 x 20 with each arm
8. 20 minutes cardio

Oh, I've started having a fruit smoothie everynight, around 9-10 PM. It consists of 2 ice cubes, 1/2 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 2 frozen strawberries, ~9 blueberries, a couple small pieces of carrot (for the high carbs after a workout), and 3-4 red grapes, 1 tsp raw honey. BLENDDDDDDDD. It makes for a pretty good beverage. :)

Okie dokie, well my memory sucks and that's all I've got. I NEED to start making a post every night before bed, that way stuff is fresh in my mind. :)


Oh yeah, just weighed myself. No weight loss in 2 days again. Stuck at 173.2

Still no gym... but I got to practice some tennis!



Well I got up this morning and fixed myself a 1-egg omelet, BUT I managed to crack the egg perfectly without spilling any of the egg on myself or getting any eggshell in it. ^_^ It was pretty yummy, though it would be better if I used a little milk and cheese I think. Then I slept from like 9 to 12:30. x_x Got up and had lunch, lol. Uuuuhhhh...

Oh yeah, then I watched an anime movie Blade of the Phantom Master (http://www.anime-movie-site.com). It was alright, nothing special imo.

Then I started thinking about my money situation (the fact that I have none) so I checked out some World of Warcraft websites that I could sell my account on, but I wasn't satisfied with any of them so I made an account on Craigslist. Then I made my very own posting for my WoW account: http://tampa.craigslist.org/psc/vgm/1884466119.html. I think 800$ is a pretty darn fair price personally. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into that account in 5 years and it's quite well ready to go. I've had several e-mails with interested buyers, but I really have no idea if they're all scammers, if any of them are, or which ones are or aren't. I think tomorrow I'm going to take a chance with one of them and hope it's not a scam. :o I mean worst comes to worst, I'll be able to get my account back.

So then I went to the rec center to play basketball like usual. I wasn't really shooting too well and the wind was being a pain in the ass, so I got my tennis stuff out to practice hitting some balls and see if I could improve my form a little. After a few minutes some guy came up and asked if he could hit some with me. After a couple shots it was clear he knew what he was doing and I didn't, lol. So, then he helped me with the proper grip, proper way to hit a forehand, proper way to hit a backhand, proper way to serve, and proper way to return serve --- for 2 hours. Sadly I'm a very slow learner and I think I made little if any progress. X_X I felt pretty retarded. I think if I practice for a couple weeks though I'll get a little more used to it and be a little better -- hopefully before my tennis class starts. Yes, I'm trying to get better BEFORE my class, lol. I don't like looking like I don't know what I'm doing if I can help it.

I watched the remake of Halloween tonight. Over 2 hours long, and time seemed to drag to me. I don't know, horror movies just aren't scary at all to me. At least suspense movies keep me better entertained. They need to make scarier horror movies, and I wouldn't mind some suspense too.

After that, I came into my room and started writing this blog post. Fun, right?

Oh and notice I couldn't go to the gym again today because my sister had to work late. /tear

Ah well, I'm tired now and I am going to bed! 'Night.


Oooh, whoops. Just remembered! I make my first smoothie concoction thingy tonight. I threw in 7 ice cubes, some plain yogurt, 2 strawberries, a little bit of pineapple, and the last of the skim milk. It tasted alright, but a little bland. So my mom had the brilliant idea of adding in honey (I had told her I was going to put honey in, but I forgot, so I guess it was my idea though) and blend it again. Sadly, the honey overpowered it and I thought it was better without the honey. It probably would've been perfect if she hadn't squirted so much in. Ah well, I'll probably make another one tomorrow night, gotta use up my plain yogurt.

I want to go to the gym... :(



My sister told me about a week ago that she got some free passes to the local gym that we could use (me, her, her boyfriend, and one of her friends). So we were supposed to go last night, but she had to work later I guess and then she didn't feel like going / didn't have enough time. So we put it off for tonight, but then she was dealing with buying a new car, so no going tonight either. :( Hopefully someday soon we can go; I want to check out the gym. Plus, I've never lifted weights so I'd like to get started, especially since I have Weight Lifting class coming up in less than 3 weeks.

I ordered some protein powder a month ago and it finally got here earlier this week. The stuff is expensive, so I'm going to hold off on using it until my Weight Lifting / Tennis classes start for maximum muscle recovery (hopefully I'll have a gym membership by then too).

I watched a few anime movies today: Black Rock Shooter, Aim for the Ace, One Piece movie 10, and Dragonball movie 7. All pretty good. Black Rock Shooter was nicely animated, but I didn't really follow the story-line near the end. Though, admittedly, I was very exhausted and kept nodding off during it.

My grandmother went to Hard Rock Casino today. Sadly, I couldn't go with her due to lack of money. :( She ended up coming home with a negative 11$.

My mom helped me tape my shins today. I think the circulation is cut off in them, they're so tight, lol.

Well, that's pretty much everything I can think of for the last 2 days. Pretty boring / sedentary. Ah well. Now I have to take my sister's cell phone over to her since she left it here, then I'm going to come back and go to bed. 'Night.

Oops, forgot about you for a couple days blog. o.o



Yeah I forgot to post for a couple days. Sorry. Let's see...

I went over to Tiffany's the other day and helped her get her free Nordic Track Classic Pro Skier (http://www.nordictrack.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product2_12401_10301_22051_-1_19554) which is 15 years old but still really good apparently, though we couldn't figure out how to work it while I was there, lol. Then we played some Wii Sports and then I headed up.

I finished the TV series 24, season 7 about 10 minutes ago. Awesome as always. Now I need to start looking at where I can watch 24, season 8 online for free. :D

Which reminds me, I need to finish up the last season of the TV series Lost. Only a handful of episodes to go.

Oh and I'd like to find season 2 of the TV series Merlin online.

Played some basketball today; it was hot as hell. Definitely going to take 2 waters with me tomorrow instead of 1.

I'm icing my shins every night now. Not sure if it really helps or not, but it can't hurt.

Don't really have much on my to-do list tomorrow. I'm going to watch District 9 when I wake up; a friend told me it's pretty good.

Oh yeah, I watched the anime movie: Major: Yūjō no Winning Shot (Ball of Friendship). I enjoyed it very much. I love Major :D.

I really should start watching a couple animes, I haven't in a few weeks now, but I've been busy with my diet and trying to stay fit and tbh I'd rather be laying down watching a movie than sitting on my little computer chair watching anime on my monitor. Now, if I could use my computer on my TV, that would be a whole different matter. :3

Oh, some things I want to look at in the future more closely: Acne Treatment, Acne Scar Treatment (laser surgery), Drooping eyelid surgery, teeth whitening, and contact lenses.

I've started doing some of the p90x exercises too, but not really. I'm far too unfit currently to take on the p90x challenge. :P Maybe in a few months.

Welllll, that's about it. I'm reading about some martial arts right now, but I'm about to go to bed. 'Night. :)
